Ongoing Communication for a Successful Plan

Plan sponsors are required to meet certain minimum requirements to provide education about investing in a corporate retirement plans, but a more comprehensive ongoing employee education program is critical if the plan is to succeed. Consistent implementation of the plan increases employee understanding and participation while raising the profile and appreciation of the benefit.

We work with you and your provider to develop an annual communications program which will allow the Plan Sponosr and your Committee to set expectations and measure success. We monitor plan participation, deferrals and diversification measures which may indicate the quality and level of participant communications.

Your specific communications program may require the provider to give more on-site group meetings, webinars and online education to ensure employees remain engaged.
